I start the report of this year's activities with something a little different - SSTV pictures captured from the International Space Station by Gary 2E0FYR. Following a reminder from Phil M6HNO, Gary had a listen to a couple of passes of the ISS at the beginning of April and obtained the following pictures.
The passes weren't particularly high or long from Gary's location and so there is a lot of noise on the pictures as well as several pictures being curtailed. Gary was using an Icom 746 and a 2/70 Collinear (i.e. a 'white stick') at 30 ft. He connected to his computer with a Digimaster Pro digital interface and was running MM-SSTV using PD50 decoding.
